In response to prevent the spreading of coronavirus, we have implemented elaborate cleaning and hygiene protocols, developed in accordance with the recommendations of international organizations (WHO), as well as local health authorities.

The safety of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance to us. Casa Hrisicos has taken all necessary measures to ensure that our guests will have a safe and pleasant stay.

Our goal is to minimize interaction with our guests to provide the safest experience!

For your own safety:

  • No reception staff – Only virtual receptionists available on the application

  • No physical check-in – Virtual check-in based on application only

  • Personal information on paper documents – Personal information is filled out only via application

  • Delivery of plastic key cards has been canceled – Virtual generation of keys for the application

  • Opening the card key with plastic key – Opening the door is only possible through the application

  • Cash and card payment – Only online payment accepted

  • Personal communication with hotel staff – Communication is only possible through the application (chat, e-mail or phone)

  • Physical check out – Application based only, virtual check out

  • Returning the card with a plastic key – Virtual key cancellation, virtual check-out

  • Sending paper invoices – Electronic invoices are issued and sent only by e-mail

Management letter

Our staff received clear information on the indications provided by the local health authorities (INSP – National Institute of Public Health, DSV – Sanitary-Veterinary Directorate, DSP – Public Health Directorate).

In terms of measures taken, the Front Office team is equipped with infrared thermometers to perform temperature checks upon guests’ arrival, if necessary. Staff and guests with a fever, flu or respiratory problems are advised to consult a doctor immediately.

Additional measures include staff trainings in order to strengthen good personal hygiene rules and practices, providing medical masks and gloves for staff and guests, and placing hand sanitizer solutions in guest contact areas such as hotel lobbies. Special attention is also paid to the sanitation of public contact points, such as the lift buttons, the reception and restaurant. In addition, the disinfection of guest rooms and linen has been intensified.

Daily meetings are being held to review the status; we are in constant communication with staff and guests to keep them informed and to advise them on appropriate measures to take.
